By accessing or using the Botaverse platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

Botaverse offers subscription-based access to API Bridges, Copy Trading, and AI Powered Robots. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase.

• Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a per-month, per-account basis unless stated otherwise.
• Pricing: The pricing displayed (e.g., ₹ 699/- for 1 Month, ₹ 6999/- for 12 Months) is valid only for API Bridge & Copy Trading Subscriptions. It is NOT valid for AI Powered Robots unless explicitly stated.
• Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused subscription periods.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your MT4/MT5 trading accounts linked to Botaverse.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You may not use Botaverse for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack our AI bots or platform.
• Using our services to manipulate financial markets or engage in fraudulent trading.
• Sharing your account credentials with third parties.
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.

All content, features, and functionality on Botaverse, including but not limited to AI algorithms, Expert Advisors (EAs), source code, text, graphics, and logos, are the exclusive property of Swastik Algotech and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
